Repairs

Please reach out to info@octaviaelizabeth.com for a repair or alteration for your Octavia Elizabeth piece. The client is responsible for the cost of repair or alteration as well as shipping, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it is determined that there is an issue with the product.

An OE representative will reach out after we receive the package and piece to finalize repair details and payment information.

Parachute Bracelets

We designed our Parachute Bracelets with the hope that you never take them off. With everyday wear your Parachute should last a lifetime [remember the less you take it on and off the better]!

Should your bracelet need repair, please reach out to us at info@octaviaelizabeth.com; there is a small restring fee and we ask that you cover the shipping expense to and from our Atelier in Los Angeles.
